(ATC).- -ATC-recommended additional--ozone- sparging to remediate <br /> petroleum impacted groundwater at the site. However, the site may be a candidate for <br /> closure under the new Low Threat Closure Policy (LTCP) that.was recently adopted and <br /> implemented. If you and your consultant agree this may be so, please provide <br /> documentation to the EHD that the site meets all criteria for closure under the LTCP by <br /> November 13-2012. <br /> If you wish to have your site considered for closure under the LTCP, please provide a closure <br /> report that includes the following: <br /> 1. A calculation of the residual contaminant mass both sorbed in soil and dissolved in <br /> groundwater. <br /> 2. A prediction of how long (in years) it will be until the dissolved contaminant <br /> concentrations on site decline to reach water quality goals. <br /> 3. A discussion of the potential vapor intrusion threat from the residual contamination in <br /> both soil and groundwater. <br /> 4. Confirmation that a sensitive receptor survey has been completed for this site with a <br /> brief summary of findings and reference to the'report, and <br /> 5.
