(ATC) and has the following comments. <br /> The Report documents a routine semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling event <br /> conducted at your site on October 6, 2009. Analytical results from collected groundwater <br /> samples were consistent with historical trends. In the Report ATC recommends continued <br /> monitoring and sampling on the current schedule, and preparation of a work plan to conduct <br /> an insitu ozone infusion pilot test. <br /> In correspondence dated October 29, 2009, you were informed by the EHD that ATC's Site <br /> Geology Comparison, dated September 24, 2009, had been reviewed, that the EHD agreed <br /> with ATC's conclusions submitted in the comparison, and you were directed to submit a work <br /> plan to conduct an insitu ozone infusion pilot test by December 18, 2009. Please proceed <br /> with submittal of the requested work plan.
