Harding Way <br /> Stockton CA 95205 <br /> In correspondence dated January 2; 2007 you were notified by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) that Work Plan to Evaluate the Lateral Extent <br /> of Petroleum Hydrocarbon Impacted Groundwater dated November 20, 2006 was approved <br /> for implementation. Site work began on May 24, 2007 and was completed on June 6, 2007. <br /> One of the approved monitoring wells was not able to be installed due to access issues. . <br /> A report of findings documenting the scope of completed work was due for submittal within <br /> 60 days following the fieldwork. Please proceed with submittal of the overdue report. The <br /> report is due within 14 days of the date of this letter and, as stated in the January 2, 2007, is <br /> to include a site conceptual model with updated and detailed cross sectional diagrams and <br /> calculations of contaminant mass remaining in both soil and groundwater.
