Chronology <br /> 15600 Harlan Road <br /> Lathrop, CA <br /> 12119196 Site was placed in the Local Oversight Program on this date. Unauthorized <br /> Release Reports and Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge forms were <br /> filed in January 1991, February 1992 and September 1994 for dispenser and <br /> pump leaks. <br /> i <br /> 1/14-15/97 Geoprobe borings 131`through B7 were advanced at the site during these dates.. <br /> 01/24/97 Date of Preliminary Site Assessment Report that discusses the January 1997 <br /> work. Soil and groundwater samples evidenced petroleum contamination. <br /> 02/23/98 A 12,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank {UST}was removed this date <br /> under the Environmental Health Department (EHD) permit and inspection. <br /> Contamination was found in the soil samples and water sample collected from <br /> the excavation. <br /> =1 <br /> 10/09198 Three gasoline USTs were removed this date under the EHD permit and <br /> inspection. Contamination was found in the soil and water samples collected <br /> from the excavation. New USTs were installed in the same location. , <br /> 11/10-11/98 Geoprobes GP1 through GP15 were completed these dates, MTBE was found E <br /> in the soil and water samples collected. <br /> 12/17/98 Date of Phase 11 Environmental Assessment that discusses work performed in E <br /> November 1998. <br /> f <br /> 01/10/00 Date of Receptor Survey in which no public or private wells were found within <br /> 2000 radial feet of the site. <br /> 02/11/00 Monitoring wells MW 1 through MW6 (screened 5 to 20 feet)were installed on i <br /> this date. <br /> 03/20%00 Date of Phase tl Groundwater Assessment report that discusses the February <br /> - 2000 work'. The highest levels of MTBE in the groundwater were found in MW2 <br /> which is northeast of the gasoline USTs; <br /> 01/22-23/01 Geoprobes GP1 through GP10 were completed during these dates. <br /> 04/15101 Date of Phase 1/ Environmental Assessment that discusses the work completed <br /> in January 2001. Groundwater contamination was found on the property north of <br /> the site. <br /> 02/08/02 Installation of deeper screened monitoring well next to MW2, MWU-1X (screened <br /> 20 to 30 feet) and.installation of monitoring wells MWO-1 through MWO-3 <br /> (screened 5 to 20 feet) occurred-on this date. <br /> 05/15/02 Date of Phase //Environmental Assessment that discusses the work completed 3 <br /> in February 2002, MTBE was found in the groundwater samples from MW©-1X, <br /> the deeper screened well. <br /> I <br />
