Chronology <br /> 2 <br /> 15600 Harlan Rd,, Lathrop Page <br /> 09/04/03 Date of Site Conceptual Model that was prepared based on all the site data. <br /> 5/11-14/04 Cone pentrometer test probes CPT1 through CPT8 and monitoring well MW7 <br /> (screened 4 to 19 feet)were installed during this time. <br /> 08/11/04 Date of Subsurface Assessment Report that discusses the work completed in <br /> May 2004. <br /> 6/14-16/04 A dual phase extraction (DPE) test using MW7 was performed during this time. <br /> 09/28104 Date of Dual Phase Extraction Test Report that discusses the June 2004 test and <br /> concludes that DPE is.not a viable remedial alternative. <br /> 09/22/05 Monitoring wells MW9 through MW1 I (screened 5 to 15 feet) and MW8 <br /> (screened 23 to 38 feet)were installed during this time. <br /> 12114-15/05 ' Pump tests were conducted on monitoring wells MW2, MW3 and MWO-1 X <br /> during this time. <br /> 06/27/06 Date of Additional Assessment Report that discusses the work performed in <br /> September and December 2005 and concludes that groundwater extraction is <br /> not a viable remedial alternative. <br /> 02/28/07 Monitoring well MW12C (screened 60 to 70 feet) was installed off-site on this <br /> date. <br /> 3/1-3/07 Monitoring wells MW 1 3A/B (screened 11 to 31 feet), MW 13C (screened 65 to 75 <br /> feet), MW 14A(screened 5 to 15 feet), MW 14B (screened 27 to 37 feet), MW 15A <br /> (screened 7 to 17 feet) and MW 15 B (screened 27 to 37 feet)were installed off- <br /> site during this time to define the extent of the MTBE plume. Groundwater flow <br /> had changed from northeast to northwest. <br /> 04/16/07 Date of Additional Groundwater Assessment Report that discusses the March <br /> 2007 work. <br /> 12/19/08 Date of EHD letter requesting soil gas investigation and fate and transport model <br /> of MTBE plume after discussing the site with the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. <br /> 08/13/09 Soil borings V-1 through V-8 were advanced and soil gas samples were collected <br /> on this date. <br /> 09/10/09 Date of Soil Gas Investigation that discusses work conducted in August 2009 and <br /> states that San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Environmental Screening Levels were not exceeded and that a closure report <br /> would be prepared for the site. <br /> 11/10/09 Date of Request For Environmental Case ClosurelNo Further Action that <br /> summarizes site data, contains-modeling information on the MTBE plume, and <br /> requests case closure. <br />
