1 <br /> • A total of one deep groundwater monitoring well was constructed on the <br /> subject property Detections in the soils were minor, however, detections of <br /> 1 MTBE was identified in the groundwater in this deep well <br /> • A total of three groundwater monitoring wells were placed on the self storage <br /> facility located adjacent and north of the subject property No detections in the <br /> soils or groundwater were found. <br /> 1 <br /> 7.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based on the above findings, Avalon concludes the following <br /> 10 Deep groundwater may have been impacted by MTBE Continued monitoring <br /> will determine if this deeper zone has or has not been impacted <br /> • The horizontal limits of impact have been defined It appears that offsite <br /> migration is limited in extent <br /> 8.0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the above conclusions, Avalon recommends the following <br />!
