1 • A total of one deep groundwater monitoring well was constructed on the subject property Detections in the soils were minor, however, detections of 1 MTBE was identified in the groundwater in this deep well • A total of three groundwater monitoring wells were placed on the self storage facility located adjacent and north of the subject property No detections in the soils or groundwater were found. 1 7.0 CONCLUSIONS Based on the above findings, Avalon concludes the following 10 Deep groundwater may have been impacted by MTBE Continued monitoring will determine if this deeper zone has or has not been impacted • The horizontal limits of impact have been defined It appears that offsite migration is limited in extent 8.0 RECOMMENDATIONS Based on the above conclusions, Avalon recommends the following !
