Either this portion of the project must be <br /> deleted or General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification <br /> applications must be submitted to expand the limited <br /> industrial designation and M-1 zone . <br /> The east-west road alignment should coincide with that of <br /> the adjoining Santos project . With the circulation design <br /> proposed, a connection of these two roads would be the only <br /> way of providing two-way access to subdivision lots. <br />
