A "will serve" letter from the Linden County Water District is required for sewage treatment and water supply services. The letter must be filed with the Subdivision Application. • The subdivision should be redesigned with parcels of more usable configurations. The cul-de-sac design would result in inefficient site utilization. • The tentative map must include all details identified on the application check list . A cross-section of proposed road improvements also would be helpful. • The drainage pond should be relocated next to the pond pro- posed for the Santos project. This would create a con- solidated interim system that could more easily be connected to a permanent drainage system when terminal facilities are constructed. Additional public agency comments will be provided at the Development Committee meeting. NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major environ- mental and safety issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, as well as minimizing pro- cessing time. It is not intended to be an in-depth analy- sis, and an environmental assessment is not completed. The applicant should be aware that a detailed review will not be done until the full application is submitted.
