I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> I <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 5154 Hogan Lane, in the City of Lodi (APN 061-120-01) . on the North j <br /> side of Hogan Lane, East of Highway 99, has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks. <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> offices of PHS/EHD, 304 E. Weber Ave, Stockton, California, during <br /> normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written request <br /> by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by 9-18-95 the tentative decision shall become final on <br /> that date and time. <br /> i <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 .
