BP <br /> has been aware of problems of"inaccessibility" with this well since January 13, <br /> 1994 (as foot-noted in quarterly reports for four events during 1994) and failed to <br /> take adequate steps to restore its usefulness. This well is to be properly <br /> destroyed and replaced immediately.
