(Partner) for the Heliostockton Property at 434 Martin Luther King <br /> Boulevard in Stockton (Site): <br /> • Additional Site Assessment Work Plan (Work Plan) dated 9 January 2018 <br /> • A revised Site map figure showing revised proposed boring and well locations, submitted <br /> via email 11 January 2018 <br /> In the Work Plan, Partner proposes to advance three shallow soil borings and install three <br /> monitoring wells. In the revised Site map figure, Partner provides, at Central Valley Water <br /> Board staff request, revised proposed boring and monitoring well locations, and proposes an <br /> additional fourth boring with sampling parameters to mirror those proposed for the other three <br /> borings. <br /> On 1 March 2018, Central Valley Water Board staff hosted a conference call with Lynne Ballew <br /> of Heliostockton LLC, Kristin Larson of Tellus Law Group, Cory Martini of Partner, and Jeff <br /> Bullen of Equilon Enterprises LLC (Shell). During the call Mr. Bullen stated that he had located <br /> documentation indicating that Shell owned/operated a petroleum fueling facility at the Site, and <br /> indicated that Shell will act as lead Responsible Party (RP) and will coordinate the assessment <br /> and cleanup of the petroleum release. The documentation found by Mr. Bullen supplement <br /> historical permit records related to the Site property previously provided by Partner and Ms. <br /> Larson. <br /> In a 5 March 2018 email, Mr. Bullen indicted that Wayne Perry Inc. (WPI)would act as <br /> consultant for the project on behalf of Shell, and in a 21 March 2018 email, Erica Rodriguez of <br /> WPI indicated that WPI concurs with the scope of work as proposed in Partner's Work Plan and <br /> revised Site map figure. <br /> KARL E.
