4.0 PROPOSED APPROACH TO ADDITIONAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Sampling procedures will generally conform to the requirements of the CVRWQCB, the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the United States Environmental Protection <br /> Agency (EPA), and the State Water Resources Control Board UST cleanup fund guidelines (Tank <br /> Fund). Laboratory results will be evaluated using the SFRWQCB ESLs, EPA Regional Screening <br /> Levels (RSLs) and/or the August 2012 State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Low-Threat <br /> UST Case Closure Policy. <br /> Borings MW-1, MW-2 and MW-3, will be advanced with a HSA drill rig and borings B12, B13, and <br /> B14 will be advanced with a direct-push drill rig operated by a State-licensed (C57) water well <br /> drilling contractor.
