NRC Equity Fund 1 <br /> 1.3.3 Public Service Requirements <br /> Commercial Cannabis Cultivation, Commercial Cannabis Manufacturing and <br /> Cannabis laboratory testing may be conditionally permitted in the I-G <br /> (General Industrial) zone, with a Use Permit application if the parcel is <br /> served by a public wastewater disposal system, a public water system, a <br /> public storm water drainage system, and if sanitary disposal of process <br /> water is provided. If a parcel does not have access to these public services, <br /> commercial cannabis cultivation and commercial cannabis manufacturing <br /> may be permitted with private services in a Cannabis Business Park with an <br /> approved SPP. <br /> 1.3.4 Cultivation-Mixed Light. <br /> Any site, as defined by this Chapter, may receive land use permit approval <br /> for multiple indoor (Mixed Light-Greenhouse) cannabis cultivation <br /> operations, subject to the limits specified in this section (above), provided <br /> each cannabis cultivation operation (Greenhouse) does not exceed the <br /> canopy-size threshold established by State law, and each indoor cultivation, <br /> on the site does not exceed 10,000 square feet of Canopy area. <br /> 1.4 Commercial Cannabis Development Agreement <br /> The Title 4 Commercial Cannabis ordinance amended requires commercial <br /> cannabis businesses to only operate pursuant to a valid Board approved <br /> Development Agreement.
