NRC Equity Fund 1
9.8.3 Phase Three
Establishment of standard operational procedures for the life of the
facilities, throughout the life of the facility, the requirement to review and
refine security systems and procedures is imperative. On an ongoing and
random basis, the Company Security Team will conduct testing of alarm and
other service providers as well as perform technology reviews and drills of
facilities, procedures and communications.
9.9 General Security Policies
The Company has designed and implemented security measures to deter and
prevent unauthorized access into any of the facilities. The overall policies are
designed for all areas containing cannabis, with a particular eye toward preventing
theft or diversion at or between any affiliated or ancillary facilities. Any change
made to a security protocol or procedure will be documented and distributed to all
the Company employees and contractors or service providers that may be impacted.
All the Company's facilities are considered an "at risk" environment or activity for
the criminal element. To that end, the Company will fully develop a "Prevention &
Incident/Emergency Response Plan" (P&IRP). The best way to secure and
safeguard all the Company facilities and personnel is through prevention strategies.
Protection and security of Company assets will remain current during all phases
referenced herein this security plan.
9.10 General Mesures
Personnel: The Company will develop specific standard operating procedures
(SOP's) for all personnel, as it relates to the following:
• Hiring and Proficiency Standards Training
• Identification Standards
• Employee & Oversight Background Screening
• Drug Testing
• Random Drug Testing
• Hours of employment
Facilities
• monitored, single point facility entry /exit
• vehicle entry / exit equipped with activated security gate
• All vehicles entering and exiting the facility subject to inspection and search
• Admittance by scheduled appointment only.
• An allotted visit time maximum will be enforced to limit the number of visi-
tors on site at any time
Page 35 1 54
