NRC Equity Funs 1 • Any deliveries and shipments monitored • Employees trained on proper procedures for opening and closing facilities • Auxiliary entrance (residential driveway) is secured and used only in an emer- gency (fire access,etc.) • CCTV systems will be designed to capture all individuals entering and exit- ing the facilities from multiple angles to prevent shielding of identity with hats, hoods or other articles of clothing • facilities will be well maintained both inside and out • facilities will be effectively lit, both internally and externally • Utilization of the CPTED principles for our environmental design • Employees of Labor Contractor or Lessee, as the case maybe trained on an- ti-diversion techniques • Personnel trained on how to identify suspicious persons oractivity • Personnel trained on how to respond to a variety of emergency situations from active shooter to general medical emergencies 9.11 Incident Response Measures Employee training on the prevention and incident emergency response is critical to properly respond to key incidents, including but not limited to: • Robbery • Burglary , • Intruders in the Company's facilities • Threats of violence in the Company's facilities • Assaults • Weapons possession • Civil disturbance • Bomb threats • Fires • Proper use of panic, burglar alarms • Cyber security • Proper response when law enforcement, first responders arrive at facility • Incident reporting 9.11.1 Communication with Law Enforcement The Company will maintain a list of non-emergency police department contacts for all facilities. The Company, will maintain strong partnerships with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
