NRC Equity Fund 1 <br /> computer system. <br /> • All employees must wear their issued identification card when entering any <br /> the facility. <br /> • An identification badge must be visible to others at all times while in the fa- <br /> cility. <br /> • When entering any access-controlled area, employees must not allow entry <br /> of another person (employee or otherwise) unless the individual displays a <br /> proper identification badge. <br /> • Only the Company authorized badge display devices (lanyards, lapel/pocket <br /> clips and armbands) are permitted. <br /> • Under special work conditions, the Company may modify display practices. <br /> Although it is impossible to identify all the special work conditions that <br /> might require a modification to our badge display policy we have included <br /> one here. A flood condition (broken water main) that requires long hours <br /> working in a wet environment where the badge may be damaged due to <br /> over exposure. <br /> • Employees must never wear their identification badges at any off-site loca- <br /> tion unless for official business. <br /> • Employees must never loan their identification or access control devices to <br /> anyone, even an authorized employee. <br /> • Employees must never leave their access control devices unattended,unless <br /> secured. <br /> • Any employee who resigns or is terminated will immediately return his or her <br /> identification badge and any other access control devices. <br /> • All identification badges belonging to any employee who resigns or is termi- <br /> nated will be immediately deactivated and properly disposed of by the <br /> Company at time of separation from service. <br /> • Non-compliance with these policies or any breach of the Company security <br /> procedures must be reported immediately to the Company or its desi r= <br /> • Violation of this policy will lead to stringent disciplinary action,including <br /> termination. <br /> 9.17.6 Temporary Badge(s) <br /> When an employee has forgotten his or her identification badge upon <br /> reporting for work, the employee will be treated as a visitor for purposes of <br /> issuance of a temporary identification badge. The Company will immediately <br /> notify the employee's company contact of each such occurrence. This <br /> procedure does not apply unless the employee can demonstrate that they know <br /> where their identification is upon their arrival at the facility. In all cases where <br /> the employee cannot demonstrate that the identification badge is in a secure <br /> location, it will be treated as a lost or stolen badge, and the lost or stolen <br /> Page 41 1 54 <br />
