The Company will instruct and ensure compliance by <br /> all persons entering the Company facility on the proper handling, safeguarding <br /> and retention of their identification badges. Vendors, contractors and visitors <br /> will be instructed that their ability to maintain a relationship with any the <br /> Company facility is subject to forfeiture should they violate the identification <br /> badge policy and requirements. <br /> 9.17.2 Government Identification Required for Entry <br /> The Company will collect and keep a copy of identification (driver's license, <br /> official badge, etc.) for each authorized vendor, contractor and visitor who <br /> enters the facility and will keep this identification with the Visitor Log during <br /> each visit. The Company desk make copies of all identification and issue a <br /> visitor identification badge, which must be clearly displayed by the visitor prior <br /> to entering any part of the facility. All visitors must be escorted by the <br /> appropriate employee or agent and never be left unattended at any time. All <br /> visitor badges must be returned to the Company before the visitor exits the <br /> facility. No temporary badges will be issued for more than one day and all <br /> visitor badges will automatically expire at the end of the business day. The <br /> Company will utilize a badging system that clearly indicates the authorized date <br /> of the entrance into our facility. To eliminate the potential for reuse, these <br /> badges will automatically show "VOID" once they expire. <br /> 9.17.3 Employee, Vendor and Contractor Badges <br /> The Company will issue all appropriate badges with access restrictions based <br /> on need. <br /> 9.17.4 Visitor Badges <br /> Preapproval & Emergency Access_ The Company policy prohibits the entry of <br /> any visitor who has not received a pre-approval, except in the event of <br /> emergency. Anticipated emergency circumstances would include a maintenance <br /> issue, such as broken plumbing or HVAC that would require immediate <br /> contractor action on site. In either case the Security Manager, or their designee, <br /> will issue a visitor badge. Visitors without the waiver will be issued a separate <br /> and distinct identification badge for ease of tracking. <br /> 9.17.5 Identification Badge And Access Procedures <br /> Employees accessing the Company facilities will be held to the highest <br /> standard as it relates to the security and safekeeping of their identification <br /> badges. All employees will adhere to the following: <br /> • Only authorized employees of the facility will be allowed access to the site. <br /> No other employees (from another location, etc.) may enter the facility <br /> without prior written authorization from the Company. <br /> • All presented identification will be copied and preserved in the Company <br /> Page 40 1 54 <br />
