-4- PA-2000017 (GP), -218 (SU), PA-2200021 (ZR) &-070 (WC) 12) A terminal drainage system shall be provided in accordance with the County Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall be provided and demonstrate that all property, both downstream and upstream of the discharge, will not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage. (Development Title Section 9-606.010) 13) The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden, the local Fire District and the building code. (Development Title Section 9-602.010) 14) The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-604.010) 15) Street lighting shall be provided for the proposed subdivision in accordance with San Joaquin County's current Improvement Standards and complete any necessary requirements to connect power to the street lights (including application to Pacific Gas and Electric Company and installation of any necessary power facilities) (Development Title Section 9-608.120) 16) The property shall annex into Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of public water and storm drainage facilities. By annexing into the district the property owner agrees to pay the district's ongoing charges for service. The applicant shall pay any prorated portion of the annual charges from the time the improvements are accepted until the transferred area is placed on the assessment roll of the District. (Development Title Section 9-600.040) 17) The property shall annex into Woodbridge Lighting District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of street lighting facilities. By annexing into the district, the property owners agree to pay the district's ongoing charges for services. The applicant shall pay any prorated portion of the annual charges from the time the improvements are accepted until the transferred area is placed on the assessment roll of the District. (Development Title Section 9-600.040) 18) It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure a current will serve issued by the appropriate district or agency providing utility service(s) is on file and provided to the County prior to approval of the final map. 1 9) The subdivider shall agree to pay user fees for the utility services from the time improvements are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls. 20) All easements of record shall be shown on the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9- 505.080) 21) Prior to approval of the Final Map, the Project shall submit a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR)to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)to determine the pre-and post-project Base Flood Elevation (BFE).
