-4- <br /> PA-2000017 (GP), -218 (SU), PA-2200021 (ZR) &-070 (WC) <br /> 12) A terminal drainage system shall be provided in accordance with the County Standards and <br /> to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall <br /> be provided and demonstrate that all property, both downstream and upstream of the <br /> discharge, will not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-606.010) <br /> 13) The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public <br /> Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the County Fire Warden, the local Fire District and the building <br /> code. (Development Title Section 9-602.010) <br /> 14) The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed <br /> in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-604.010) <br /> 15) Street lighting shall be provided for the proposed subdivision in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County's current Improvement Standards and complete any necessary <br /> requirements to connect power to the street lights (including application to Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company and installation of any necessary power facilities) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-608.120) <br /> 16) The property shall annex into Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District prior to approval of <br /> the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of public water <br /> and storm drainage facilities. By annexing into the district the property owner agrees to pay <br /> the district's ongoing charges for service. The applicant shall pay any prorated portion of <br /> the annual charges from the time the improvements are accepted until the transferred area <br /> is placed on the assessment roll of the District. (Development Title Section 9-600.040) <br /> 17) The property shall annex into Woodbridge Lighting District prior to approval of the Final <br /> Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of street lighting facilities. <br /> By annexing into the district, the property owners agree to pay the district's ongoing <br /> charges for services. The applicant shall pay any prorated portion of the annual charges <br /> from the time the improvements are accepted until the transferred area is placed on the <br /> assessment roll of the District. (Development Title Section 9-600.040) <br /> 18) It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure a current will serve issued by the <br /> appropriate district or agency providing utility service(s) is on file and provided to the <br /> County prior to approval of the final map. <br /> 1 9) The subdivider shall agree to pay user fees for the utility services from the time <br /> improvements are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls. <br /> 20) All easements of record shall be shown on the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 505.080) <br /> 21) Prior to approval of the Final Map, the Project shall submit a Conditional Letter of Map <br /> Revision (CLOMR)to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)to determine the <br /> pre-and post-project Base Flood Elevation (BFE). <br />
