-5- <br /> PA-2000017 (OP), -218 (SU), PA-2200021 (ZR) &-070 (WC) <br /> 22) Prior to issuance of building permit, the Project shall submit a Letter of Map Revision <br /> (including certified as-built drawings)to FEMA to remove the Project from the Special Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> 23) This project is subject to the NPOES Region-Wide Permit requirements and shall comply <br /> with the following conditions. Prior to release of the grading permit, plans and calculations <br /> shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department—Water Resources <br /> Division (209-468-3605): <br /> a) Treatment: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to treat the 85th <br /> percentile storm as defined in the County's 2023 Storm Water Quality Control <br /> Criteria Plan (SWQCCP). <br /> b) Hydromodification: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to <br /> comply with the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County's 2023 <br /> SWQCCP. <br /> c) Trash: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply with the <br /> trash control requirement outlined in the County's 2023 SWQCCP. <br /> 24) Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), <br /> issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works prior to release of the grading <br /> permit. Contact the SWRCB at(916) 341-5537 for further information. <br /> 25) Prior to release of the grading permit the applicant shall submit the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP)to Public Works_ A copy of the approved SWPPP and all <br /> required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained on the <br /> construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> 26) Prior to release of the building permit, the owner shall enter into an agreement with San <br /> Joaquin County for post-construction maintenance of stormwater quality facilities. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) The Project shall demonstrate no adverse flooding impacts to neighboring parcels. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the <br /> time of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction <br /> requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California <br /> (CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance. As an example, these <br /> requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected <br /> flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. Building pads must be designed and <br /> constructed 1-foot above the post-project BFE. <br /> (iii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater <br /> devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (iv.) Wastewater shall NOT be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br />
