For each sample, the date and time
of sample collection, the project name and the designated analy-
ses were recorded on the label and on the sampling log sheet.
Water samples were identified using the monitor well name. Once
labeled, the samples were inserted into ziplock baggies and
placed on ice in an insulated cooler. All samples were delivered
to the laboratory the same day as sampled.
The water samples submitted for chemical analysis were transport-
ed with appropriate Chain-of-Custody forms to the WESTON Analy-
tics Stockton, California laboratory. The analytical suite
included aromatic volatile organics by EPA Method 602 and total
hydrocarbons per EPA Method 8015 modified.
