The proposed map is not consistent with applicable General
and Specific Plans because it does not meet industrial poli-
cies regarding provision for all public services . No
Specific Plan is involved.
2 . The design or improvement of the proposed division is con-
sistent with applicable General and Specific Plans because
the subdivision conforms with Code provisions regarding area,
width, and access requirements. No Specific Plan is involved.
3 . The site is physically suitable for the type of development
because the project site is relatively level and can accom-
modate the development as proposed, provided all improvements
are constructed to conform with the County Flood Ordinance.
4 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is
not likely to cause serious public health problems because
the subdivision will require Local Health District review.
7 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements
will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at
large, for access through or use of property within the pro-
posed subdivision because a public road has been included in
t'Ze subdivision design to meet the public need.
8 . Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are
consistent with the General Plan because appropriate dedica-
tion for a public road and future off-site improvements are
being proposed.
9 .
