A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the accep- <br /> tance of the Final Map to provide for the operation and <br /> maintenance of the storm drainage and street lighting <br /> facilities . <br /> J . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> to the utility services from the time the improvements are <br /> accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year, or <br /> up to a one ( 1 ) year period, as the case may be. <br /> k. Street lighting shall be provided for the development and <br /> along the Wilson Way frontage. <br /> 1 . All utilities shall be underground. <br /> 2 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> a. Dedicate a 10-foot-wide public utility easement on all lot <br /> frontages on Wilson Way Court . <br /> 3 . Building Division: <br /> a. A grading permit will be required for the excavating or <br /> filling of earth material . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building <br /> Inspection Division and shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C . Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans . <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> "Wilson Way Court" shall be renamed. <br />
