Each of these quality control samples shall be <br /> labeled as an actual sample and shall be analyzed for the same parameters as the other samples collected. <br /> REPORTING <br /> The Discharger shall submit to the Board monthly monitoring reports containing monitoring data <br /> collected during that month. In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the data, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data <br /> shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly compliance with waste discharge <br /> requirements. Piezometric and concentration contour maps shall be prepared on a monthly basis, for all <br /> areas potentially impacted by the pilot study. Monthly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the <br /> 20th day of the following month. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Report Program shall be reported to the Board. <br />
