After the soil gas testing and groundwater well <br /> installation work is completed, Nestle is granted permission, not <br /> assignable, to enter the Property at reasonabletimes and with <br /> prior reasonable notice, but no less than 48 hours' prior notice, <br /> for the sole purpose of performing monitoring of the groundwater <br /> wells pursuant to this Agreement . <br /> C. All costs incurred by Nestle in the course of its <br /> activities conducted on the Property shall he borne solely by <br /> Nestle. <br /> D. Nestle shall conduct all its activities on the Property <br /> in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and <br /> ordinances and will be solely responsible for obtaining and <br /> complying with any necessary permits. <br /> E.
