Regal shall maintain the right to have ins own agent or <br /> consultant at the Property to observe the work conducted on <br /> behalf of Nestle . <br /> G . The activities of Nestle on the Property shall be <br /> conducted in a manner which shall not obstruct or otherwise <br /> interfere with the operations of Regal. Regal shall notify <br /> Nestle in writing if , following notice given pursuant to <br /> paragraph I .A. above, Regal contends that work proposed by Nestle <br /> may obstruct or interfere with its operations. Such notice shall <br /> be made no less than 24 hours prior to the proposed work. The <br /> parties shall meet and confer for the purpose of attempting to <br /> avoid any obstruction or interference with the operations of <br /> Regal. <br /> II . Duration of License T�er <br /> R. The license to enter granted to Nestle by this <br /> Agreement shall be of the duration necessary to complete the work <br /> specified in the work plan on the timetable set forth therein and <br /> agreed to by Regal . <br /> B. Upon the termination of the work set forth in the work <br /> plan, Nestle shall, at its own cost, properly remove all <br /> equipment and, to the extent reasonably possible, restore the <br /> Property to the condition which existed immediately Prior to the <br /> 3. <br />
