By virtue of entering into this Agreement, Regal does <br /> not assume cc..^.t:ol of or responsibility for federal , state ar <br /> local public agency reporting requirements with respect to the <br /> activities and findings of Nestle• nestle expressly assumes such <br /> responsibilities. <br /> H. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed <br /> or interpreted as requiring Regal to assume the status of a <br /> generator , Storer , treater, transporter or disposal facility <br /> within the meaning of any similar federal, state or local law, <br /> regulation or ordinance. <br /> 5. <br />
