Three different drilling locations are involved: the Nestle facility itself; City- <br /> owned property at Roberts Road and Doak Blvd; and Simpson Paper Company property <br /> (see attached figure). Three different permit applications have been submitted for the <br /> three sites. We understand that a minimum review fee of$159 is required plus $89 for <br /> each location. A check for $426 has been attached.
