Based on the <br /> submitted laboratory analysis from the California Water Labs, <br /> Inc. , which is a registered laboratory with the Department, the <br /> used oil which is burned on-site at the facility's industrial <br /> boilers meets the standards set in the subdivision (c) and <br /> therefore is not regulated by the Department. <br /> It should be clear that the facility must not burn any used oil <br /> generated outside the Ripon plant. Also, the facility must not <br /> burn the following contaminated petroleum derivatives in its <br /> industrial boilers even if it is generated on-site: <br /> 1. Any oil which has a flash point below 100 degrees Fahrenheit <br /> or which intentionally mixed with any other hazardous <br /> wastes, other than minimal amounts of vehicle fuel ; <br /> 2 . Any oil which contains polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) at a <br /> concentration of 5 ppm or greater; <br /> 3 . Any oil which is contaminated by halogenated solvents such <br /> as trichloroethane, perchloroethylene, methylene, <br /> dichloride, chloroform, and carbon tetrachloride; <br /> 4 . Any oil which is contaminated by oxygenated solvents such as <br /> acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methanol , ethanol, butanol, and <br /> ethyl acetate; <br />
