Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
RE: Mohr-Fry Ranches, 950 Industrial Drive, Stockton, California
We have received your comment letter dated July 12, 1994, for the environmental work
conducted to date at the above referenced facility. We understand the complexity of this
contamination site and appreciate the time you and your co-workers have spent on it.
Mohr-Fry Ranches is currently seeking reimbursement from the Underground Storage
Tank Cleanup Fund Program(SB2004) and will need to obtain at least three bids for the
work described in your letter. WHF is currently helping Mohr-Fry Ranches with a
Request For.Bid package. Quarterly groundwater monitoring will be included in the bid
package.
On behalf of our client, Mohr-Fry Ranches, WHF is requesting an extension of the 30 day
deadline mentioned in your letter. In order to complete the bid package, obtain and screen
the bids, and to allow time for the successful bidder to provide a remediation plan, Mohr-
Fry Ranches will need a margin of about 60 days from the date of this letter. The work
will be completed sooner if possible.
Please consider this request and notify us of your decision at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Michael I Kloberdanz, REA, REHS
WHF Environmental Consultants, Inc.
cc: Mohr-Fry Ranches
