N../
Ms. Hinson and Mr. Sasson
August 23, 1995
Page 3
The results of the July 1995 soil boring program and the proposed excavation activities
will be presented in a single site investigation report which will be submitted to the
County. The report will document the procedures used, summarize the data, and
analyze and discuss the findings. All data, including boring logs, certified laboratory
reports, and chain-of-custody forms, will be included in appendices to the report. In
addition, the waste profile form and Forward Landfill's certificate of disposal will be
included. The report will also contain a map showing the locations of the borings and
the final excavation area.
SCHEDULE
Excavation activities will be conducted in late August or early September. It is
anticipated that excavation and sampling activities will be completed in 1 to 2 days and
that laboratory results will be available within 1 week after the laboratory's receipt of the
samples.
