Daily site safety meetings will be held to apprise personnel of <br /> specific hazards, air monitoring results, changes in the health and <br /> safety plan, or other topics determined by the HSO. Specific <br /> meetings will be held at the initiation of new field activities, <br /> and at the time of any crew or subcontractor crew changes. <br /> 12 . 0 RECORDKEEPING <br /> �Mw The health and safety-related documents for the project will be <br /> maintained at the appropriate corporate office. These records will <br /> include: <br /> - 1. Training/safety meeting records - All documentation, <br /> including certificates for the 40-hour, refresher, and <br /> supervisor's training, and site-specific safety meeting <br /> 5.., <br /> records. <br /> 2 . Medical monitoring records - Copies of the physician's <br /> written opinion for the capability to work on a hazardous <br /> waste site and the ability to wear a respirator. <br /> 3 . Air monitoring records - Air monitoring data, as well as <br /> calibration records will be maintained as part of the air <br /> monitoring record. <br /> 4. Injury/Illness - Updated copies of the OSHA 200 log, <br /> accident investigation reports, and all other documents, <br /> including the OSHA 101 forms, as applicable. <br /> 5. Corporate Health and Safety Program - Written programs for <br /> compliance with OSHA standards such as respiratory <br /> protection, hazard communication, hearing conservation, and <br /> certain chemical exposures, as applicable. <br /> In addition to the records maintained in the corporate office, <br /> these records will be maintained on site: <br /> 1. Health and Safety Plan - At least one copy of the plan and <br /> any amendments will be maintained on site. <br /> 2. Daily Sign-in Sheet - The daily sign-in sheet, and safety <br /> meeting sign-in sheets will be maintained on site. <br /> 3 . Chemical Inventory - If chemical products are purchased and <br /> brought on site for this project, Material Safety Data <br /> Sheets provided by the material suppliers will be <br /> -8- <br /> Environmental Health Consultants <br />
