Jack Tone Road
Stockton, California .
Terracon Project No. 80077035
To whom it may concern:
Terracon is pleased to submit this work plan to conduct a Limited Site Investigation (LSI) at the
above-referenced site. An outline of the project and the scope of work are provided in the
following sections.
A. PROJECT INFORMATION
The site is located at 7707 S. Jack Tone Road in Stockton, California. The site is currently
occupied by Britz Fertilizer.
B. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
The objective of this proposed LSI is to evaluate soil quality at the site due to the historic use of
the site as a fertilizer processing facility.
Terracon will develop a site-specific health and safety plan to be used by our personnel during
field services. At this time, we anticipate that a USEPA Level D work uniform consisting of hard
hats, safety glasses, protective gloves, and steel-toed boots will be required by all personnel in
the work area.
Terracon has prepared and submitted a soil boring permit application with appropriate fees, as
required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
No later than 48 hours prior to intrusive activities, Terracon will contact Underground Service
Alert (USA) to arrange for underground utility clearance at the site.
