•
GEOMATRiX
ADDENDUM#3 (Revised)
TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PORT OF STOCKTON
AND GEOMATRIX CONSULTANTS, INC.
Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. (Geomatrix), is hereby authorized to perform the following technical services
pursuant to the Consulting Services Agreement dated March 24, 2000, between Port of Stockton and
Geomatrix.
Project Location: Port of Stockton
Description of Services: Geomatrix will provide an evaluation of the suitability of Roberts Island for dredge
material placement as described in the attached work plan.
Schedule for Services: Geomatrix will begin the proposed scope of services within 1 week of receiving
authorization to proceed. The services will be provided on a timely basis, in accordance with the Port of
Stockton's project schedule. However, Geomatrix cannot be responsible for delays beyond its control, such as
driller availability, weather and access problems, delivery of data to us from Port of Stockton or other
consultants, and analytical laboratory turnaround times.
Estimated Costs: The costs for the proposed scope of services have been estimated on a time-and-materials
basis in accordance with our 2002 Schedule of Charges and Conditions (attached) and based on typical costs of
subcontractor services in the Stockton area. Accessibility to the site due to weather or other site conditions may
increase the drilling costs. The collection and analytical costs for dredge materials and analytical costs for soil
and groundwater samples have not been included in the estimated costs per the Port of Stockton's request.
However, analytical costs for soil physical parameters (grain size and permeability) are included.
The total estimated cost for the above scope of services is $51,700. A cost worksheet giving a breakdown of
the costs for the individual tasks is attached.
Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. Port of Stockton
By: WILLIAM V.
