Focused Groundwater Investigation Work Plan <br /> Deuel Vocational Institution(DVI), Tracy, California Introduction <br /> GW MCLs. TCE and PCE concentrations ranged from 11 to 40 µg/L and 41 to 370 µg/L,respectively. <br /> Site GW elevations and analytical results are presented in Figures 6 and 7. Based on the various lines of <br /> evidence pointing to contamination in SG and GW but not in indoor or outdoor air,Further GW <br /> investigation of the GW around MW-9-BP was recommended in the 2022 Annual Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Report and Site Investigation Summary Report. <br /> 1.4 Project Organization and Responsibilities <br /> Responsibilities of the key URS project personnel are as follows: <br /> • Project Manager,Ed Tarter,Professional Engineer(PE), is responsible for project coordination <br /> for URS, CDCR, and other regional contractors for the management of all URS activities <br /> associated with the project. His responsibilities include budget management,technical oversight, <br /> and overall project quality.He also is responsible for coordinating activities specific to this <br /> project, including activities involving CVWB,URS, and subcontractors. He will ensure that all <br /> project phases are executed efficiently,in accordance with the work order and project work plan <br /> provisions, and he will assume responsibility for all technical, financial, and administrative <br /> aspects of the project and the project team, including schedules and completion of all phases of <br /> field activities, data analysis, and report preparation. <br /> • Project Chemist, Stacy Louie, is responsible for laboratory coordination, quality assurance/quality <br /> control(QA/QC), data validation, and ensuring that the data are uploaded and flagged <br /> appropriately in the project database. <br /> • Field team members (to be determined) are responsible for all on-site operations, field sampling, <br /> and day-to-day coordination associated with this project. This includes ensuring that all health <br /> and safety measures specified in the site-specific Health and Safety Plan are effectively <br /> implemented and executed, and that all personal protective equipment(PPE)and other safety <br /> equipment are available at the project site and in working order. <br /> The fundamental goal of these positions is to perform field operations in a safe and efficient way,to acquire <br /> usable data and produce a quality work product. <br /> 1.5 Project Schedule <br /> Investigation activities are proposed to begin upon approval from CVWB and once funding is in place. <br /> 1-5 <br />
