The UST's were <br /> removed in March 1988. <br /> PHS/EHD and the responsible party representative have discussed this site several <br /> times since February 1999 so that a work plan would be submitted. The responsible <br /> parties's representative initially indicated that they were willing to comply stating that a <br /> work plan was being prepared, but has now indicated that the property may not be <br /> retained by the family so they are not willing to bear the expense of the investigation. <br /> PHS/EHD is referring this site to the Regional Water Quality Control Board for <br /> enforcement action.
