Kennedy/Jenks Consultants <br /> Section 5: Project Reporting <br /> In accordance with Provision 1 (f) of the WDRs, a Hydrogeologic Investigation Report (Report) <br /> will be prepared and submitted to the CRWQCB by 17 June 2010, following completion of the <br /> field activities and receipt of the analytical laboratory results. It is anticipated that the Report will <br /> include the following: (� <br /> • Drilling details, including soil boring logs and a narrative of field activities. e <br /> • Description of geologic/hydrogeologic conditions encountered during monitoring well <br /> installation. <br /> • Well construction details. <br /> • Well development information. <br /> • Well survey. 1 <br /> • Topographic site map showing facilities, well locations, and other major physical and <br /> man-made features. <br /> • Analysis of vadose zone and groundwater flow and transport mechanisms beneath the r+ <br /> study area and relevance to land application practices. , <br /> • Analysis of groundwater elevation measurements and constituent concentration gradients. r, <br /> • Analysis of groundwater elevation and constituent concentration trends. <br /> • Evaluations of the stormwater basin, north and south ditches, domestic wastewater ' <br /> discharge area, old process water ponds, and offsite sources to the north and east. <br /> • Estimation of ambient groundwater quality within the site vicinity. <br /> The Report will be prepared under the supervision of a professional geologist or engineer, <br /> registered in the state of California. ' <br /> In accordance with Provision 1 (g) of the WDRs, data from all of the onsite monitoring wells, and <br /> as applicable, data from nearby offsite monitoring wells will be compiled, evaluated and <br /> presented in a Background Groundwater Quality Standard Report.
