Sutter Home Winery owns the facility and the land <br /> application areas. <br /> Staff has reviewed the 31 July 2015, Monitoring Well Installation Workplan. The workplan was <br /> submitted in accordance with Provision H.1.b of the WDRs, which requires additional <br /> groundwater monitoring wells to be installed to monitor recently developed land application <br /> areas. Based on staffs review, the workplan is generally acceptable and you may implement <br /> the workplan immediately. However, please note that you must continue to monitor all existing <br /> groundwater monitoring wells (including Compliance Well GW-1) and newly installed wells in <br /> accordance with Monitoring and Reporting Program R5-2015-0085. The wells shall be installed <br /> and sampled during the fourth quarter 2015. <br /> Please obtain all necessary well installation and well destruction permits from the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department prior to implementing field activities. <br /> The Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Report is due by 1 February 2016. <br /> Finally, all documents, including monitoring reports shall be converted to a searchable Portable <br /> Document Format (PDF) and submitted by email to <br /> centralvalleysacramentoawaterboards.ca.gov. The e-mail shall contain the following: (a) <br /> Regulated Party Name (Discharger), (b) Facility Name (c) Title and Date of the Report, and (d) <br /> CIWQS Place ID No. 237277.
