Mr. Ted Wells -2 - 19 May 2015 <br /> Sutter Home Winery, Inc. <br /> The proposed on-site disposal of soil cuttings and development water generated during well <br /> drilling activities is acceptable, however all waste materials discharged much be contained <br /> within the LAA and prevented from flowing off-site or into nearby surface waters. <br /> Table 2 of the Work Plan provides a list of analytical parameters to be used during the initial <br /> sampling of monitoring wells GW-5R and GW-6R. Upon the completion of monitoring well <br /> replacement and development activities, future groundwater monitoring of GW-5R and GW-6R <br /> shall be conducted in accordance with the Monitoring and Reporting Program for <br /> R5-2009-0073 and the revision to these WDRs, which is expected to be adopted in June 2015. <br /> The Monitoring Well Installation Report shall provide details of the methods used to destroy and <br /> replace each well and will include copies of all permits issued by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department.
