Neil O.Anderson&Associates HASP Page 19 of 21 <br /> ' March 18, 2014 <br /> • Personnel including NOA, subcontractors, or visitors, are or may be exposed to an <br /> immediate health hazard. <br /> ' 14.0 DECONTAMINATION <br /> Personal Decontamination <br /> Decontamination procedures, based on Level D protection, will consist of the following: <br /> • Brushing heavily soiled boots. <br /> • Removing gloves and depositing them in a designated container. <br /> • Washing hands and face, and preferably showering as soon as practical. <br /> All disposable clothing and plastic sheeting used during activities will be properly disposed of in <br /> accordance with DTSC protocol. <br /> ' Equipment Decontamination <br /> All heavy equipment will be decontaminated by brushing as necessary. Decontamination of <br /> ' sampling equipment is discussed in the Sampling Workplan. <br /> Decontamination of Injured Workers <br /> ' Any personnel injured or exposed in the work zone will be decontaminated by the above <br /> personal decontamination procedures prior to removal from the work zone, if this is possible <br /> without incurring further injury. <br /> 15.0 EMERGENCY INFORMATION <br /> ' All hazardous waste site activities present a risk to onsite personnel.
