State Water Resources Control Board Page 2 <br /> Revised 5-Year Review June 3 , 2009 <br /> The EHD is working with the Central Valley Regional Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) on <br /> further corrective action (groundwater extraction and investigation ) proposed for 15406 Tracy <br /> Boulevard in Stockton so that site can be meet the requirements for closure consideration . <br /> The EHD has directed the responsible party to resume operation of the groundwater and soil <br /> vapor extraction systems at 3032 Waterloo Road , Stockton .
