Transportation of wastes from the Caltrans maintenance stations <br /> to an off-site treatment or disposal facility must be performed <br /> by a registered hauler using a certified vehicle and/or <br /> container, and the waste must be properly manifested. <br /> i <br /> 8. This variance may be cancelled by the Department at any time. <br /> 9. This variance will expire on October 31. 1987. It is the <br /> responsibility of Caltrans to apply for a renewal prior to the <br /> expiration date of this variance. A summary of the wastes hauled <br /> in the last year shall be submitted when applying for a variance <br /> renewal. This summary shall show the name of the, 'waste, the'' <br /> number and size of containers, and the quantity of the waste. <br /> 10. This variance does not relieve Caltrans from compliance with <br /> other applicable sections of the California Hazardous Waste . <br /> Control Law and implementing regulations. <br /> 11.
