Spreckels Sugar, Tracy Facility submitted on 25 February 2003. <br /> Staff has the following responses to your comments and has made the noted changes to proposed Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements (WDRs): <br /> Comment 1: Revise Finding 3. to read: This revised orderprescribes requirements appropriate to the <br /> new discharge, and revised the Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> Response: Finding 3 has been revised to read: This revised Order prescribes requirements appropriate <br /> to the new discharge, requires closure of PCC ponds and any other pond found to contain designated <br /> waste, and revised the Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> Comment 2: Revise Finding 7. to read: The PCC and Maid Ponds ceased receiving any discharge in <br /> December 2000. <br /> Response: No changes made to Finding 7. The proposed change does not alter the meaning of the <br /> finding. <br /> Comment 3: Revise Finding 15. to remove the maximum discharge data. <br /> Response: No change to Finding 15. The maximum discharge data is valid. <br /> Comment 4.
