This is what we agreed to in our 21 January meeting. <br /> Comment 5: Revise Provision 8. to change the date for submittal of a report that characterizes the soils <br /> from the PCC and Mud ponds from 1 June 2005 to 1 July 2006 and to remove other compliance tasks.. <br /> Response: No change to Provision 8.
