3. Farms and Single Family Residents (Section 81) : <br /> A. Household garbage on premises shall be stored in tightly closed <br /> containers. <br /> (1) Disposal on owner's premises shall be by sanitary lana <br /> fill methods: <br /> (a) Garbage shall be placed and buried in an excavated . <br /> ditch or trench; <br /> (b) Garbage shall be compacted and covered with a <br /> minimum of two (2) feet of compacted earth. <br /> B. Animal and bird manure, food processing wastes, industrial <br /> wastes, agriculture wastes, and refuse shall be disposed of as <br /> provided in Section 6. <br /> C. Private vehicles used for private collection and disposal of <br /> refuse shall have enclosed bodies, or suitable provision for <br /> covering the body. <br /> (1) Provision and use of a canvas or tarpaulin cover <br /> to enclose open bodies of collection vehicles may be <br /> permitted. <br /> D. All disposal shall include the maximum practicable rodent, <br /> insect, and nuisance control at the site. <br /> E. No refuse shall be burned except as .permitted by the rules <br /> and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District. <br /> 4. Building Materials (Section 82) : <br /> . A. All vehicles used for the collection or disposal of building <br /> materials shall be so constructed that none of said .building <br /> materials will sift through or fall out upon any streets or <br /> highways. Such vehicles shall be so protected with covers as <br /> to prevent the contents from being dropped or blown from said <br /> vehicles. <br /> 5. Commercial Garbage and Dead Animals (Section 83) : <br /> A. Every vehicle used for transportation of commercial garbage <br /> and dead animals shall be so operated as to prevent the <br /> contents from falling or spilling therefrom. <br /> B. The contents of such vehicle shall be covered when conveyed <br /> through the street and/or highway. ' <br /> C. Each truck shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. <br /> 6.
