SC&D Boyett Petroleum has retained WHF, Inc., Environmental and Engineering Group
to evaluate the shallow sub-surface layer and groundwater underlying the fuel island
dispensers at Boyett Petroleum's Manteca fueling station. The data collected will be used
to determine the lateral and vertical extent of soil contamination, if any, and the extent of
groundwater contamination underlying the site. Groundwater gradient and direction will
' also be determined.
2.0 Site Location & History
SC&D Boyett Petroleum is located in Manteca (Figure 1). Those two (2) samples are representative of the
approximately 44 cubic yard of material stockpiled. All samples collected during this
_ event were sealed, labeled, logged on a Chain of Custody and cooled in a ice chest with
' Blue Ice® to await transportation to the certified laboratory.
