3. Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at regular intervals. there may be a <br /> minimal charge for this service. The transporter must be licensed to transport waste oil. <br /> Attachment 1 identifies those companies in possession of the appropriate licenses. Call <br /> California Department of Health Services, Toxic Substance Control Division to confirm <br /> that transporter requirements have been met since this list changes frequently. <br /> 4.
