The following was obsellrved during the inspection.- Room nspection:Room F-7: 3500 milliliter (mL) beaker containing unknown liquid and solid. Room F-7: 400 mL beker containing unknown liquid. Room F-7: 100 mL vol metric flask containing unknown liquid. Room F-7: Dry chemic I storage with several containers of labeled materials. Room F-6: Three 250 L containers of unknown liquid. Room F-6: Four 300 m beakers of unknown liquid. Room F-6: 500 mL be ker of liquid and crystals. Room G-6: 13 one-galign containers of liquid chemicals stored in fume hood. Room G-4: Dry chemic I storage with several containers of labeled materials. Room G-4: Several co centrated acid and base containers stored together. Room G-4: Photochem cal storage. Any person who gener tes a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Chemical materials which are bei g used at the facility are not wastes. Determine which chemicals are no longer being used at th facility. Make a hazardous waste determination for the all of the above liquids and solids, and anage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supportii ig documentation explaining how this waste was managed by November 15, 2010. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED W TH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122).
