PHSIEHD will review the recently submitted report from the consultant and all site information and comment on the proposed further work. 6803 Alexandria PHSIEHD has issued a "no further action required" letter for this site. 1116 First Monitoring well 1 is the only well evidencing contamination. The water is 10 feet above the screen interval in this well. Water samples from all the wells will be collected and lanalyzed in December 1999. If the results of those water samples are the same as or lower than the previous water samples, PHSIEHD will request concurrence from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for "no further action required" at this site. 1701 Washington The underground storage4ank (UST) piping has been closed in place and the soil sample collected beneath the dispenser was non detect for contaminants. A request for concurrence from the CVRWQCB for " no further action required" at this site has been prepared. Royal Oaks at Princess Investigation of the site ha's been performed. MTBE was not requested in the analysis of the sample's submitted to the laboratory. The laboratory has read the chromatogram of the samples analyzed and provided a revised analysis that includes MTBE. Since the meeting PHSIEHD has received concurrence from the CVRWQCB for "no further action required" at this site. Once destruction of the soil boring that pierced a storm drain (that now requires repair) is completed,the "no further action required" letter will be prepared.
