After being made aware of the full scope of work, they indicated j <br /> they could not perform the work required for the bid given. The next <br /> lowest bid was provided by Advanced GeoEnvironmental (AGE), who has <br /> stated that their bid is still good. AGE will be submitting a work plan for <br /> further investigation of the 12,000 gallon USTs area and a closure plan for <br /> the 1,000 gallon waste oil UST piping. C <br /> 800 Main Steet <br /> During activities at this site, which is not owned by the City of Stockton, a <br /> UST was found beneath the icity sidewalk. The site owner and the City of <br /> Stockton both claim the other person/entity is the UST owner and <br /> responsible for removal of the UST. This matter is being referred to the <br /> San Joaquin County District'Attorney's office for enforcement action.
