In addition, a work <br /> plan to define the lateral and vertical extent of contamination in soil and f <br /> groundwater must be submitted. Monitoring wells should be installed <br /> between SB5 and MW4 anddowngradient of MW4 to evaluate the extent { <br /> of the MTBE contaminant pluime. <br /> 1116 First <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the closure report for this site and submitted a <br /> request for concurrence fromthe CVRWQCB for "no further action <br /> required" at this site. <br /> 1465 Lincoln <br /> AGE will be submitting a report of the investigation in the area of the <br /> 12,000 gallon UST.
